As a backer of your previous projects, what do I need to pledge for to get the loyalty rewards? (Free Dragon miniature or Free Alpha generals STL files)
For the alpha generals STL files, you should be able to see them already in your cart. For the free miniature, we have also added them for backers who pledged in the $40 reward tier or higher. In case you pledged below the $40 reward tier and now changed your tier, you should let us know so we can manually enter your free miniature as it is no longer an automated process.

Are the plastic models pre-assembled?
The models will come in the least amount of pieces possible. This means that during the manufacturing process we will attempt to have the model pre-glued at the factory, however, due to packaging constraints we might have to separate some strategic pieces (wings and probably tails sometimes) to ensure that they fit the package we are making for them. However, all the dragons will be incredibly easy to assemble afterward (at most 3-4 large pieces that will have large connections for ease of assembly).

Are these adventures optimized for specific levels?
Yes, the adventures are for tier 4 play (level 17 characters). These are epic adventures for high level characters.

Any discounts/bundles for multiple dragon purchases?
Yes! Switch to a different pledge level since that is included in the bundles of the Kickstarter reward tiers, they are bundled below MSRP and with freebies. For example, the x3 Dragon reward tier is $20 USD below MSRP and comes with FREE dice set and a FREE PDF book. If more dragon models are unlocked via Stretch Goals, the next bundles will have an extra discount or perks.

Does the STL files come presupported or split?
For large models we include a non-split version and a split version optimized for printbeds of 6 x 6 in.
Dragons of the Red Moon STL files, the Lairs STL files, Alpha generals STL files, and the Legendary Dragons STL files, come not pre-supported at this time but we are working to offer them at a later date with no extra cost for you. Dragonbond: Battles of Valerna STL files include pre-supported variant.

About commercial licenses for selling 3D prints.
You are not authorized to sell 3D prints unless you choose the option with the commercial license of the STL files. A commercial license allows you to sell 3D prints of those files for 1 year starting at the time we fulfill the STL files.
You should not distribute or sell the STL files.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
